Art institute portfolio scholarships?

Im going to be a senior in highschool, and am interested in attending an art institute. Im very interested in Ringling College of Art and Design and am pretty confident in getting in with my skill level. I'm considering illustration.. My question is how much could I possibly get out of a portfolio scholarship from Ringling? I've heard of kids getting "full rides" to the Clevelend Institute of Art, so is it possible for Ringling?
