Actually, yes it does. When I was forced to go to a Christian fundy church with my parents, they taught hatred and disdain for all other religions outside of their own. They had hatred for everyone who did anything "worldly" as they liked to call it. They hated gay people, Pagans, Catholics, Muslims, democrats, Europeans, etc. It always felt wrong what they taught and after I left the church, I was free to be tolerant of everyone.... ironically except for them.
